Michael Jackson Die

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson die in 2009 at the age of 50. He was a 20th and 21st-century American singer, songwriter, and dancer who was a popular cultural icon.  He was a celebrated dancer and singer, and is well-known for being the one who made the singer popular and whose songs dominated the charts for years, such as “Thriller” and “Beat It”. His life started again, and all the memories of his creativity returned to the spotlight of the world in the year 2026 when the big biographical film titled “Michael” was released.

How did Michael Jackson die?

Acute Propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication caused Michael Jackson’s death, which led him to cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles. The primary cause of his death was a lethal combination of drugs in his body system, especially the strongest anesthetic propofol, administered with anti- anxiety drugs lorazepam and midazolam.

Impact of medicine on his life

The Los Angeles County Coroner showed that Jackson suffered cardiac arrest, brought on by a lethal combination of drugs. The main drug administered was propofol, a potent sedative that is usually administered in a hospital for surgery or other treatment. He was using it as a sleep aid, the relaxation of mind and body. He also had other medications in his body system, such as lorazepam and midazolam.

Role of his Personal Physician (Dr. Conrad Murray)

These medications have been under the control of Michael Jackson’s personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, who is treating him for his chronic insomnia problem. In 2011, Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. He was grossly negligent when he gave potentially dangerous hospital-grade drugs in his home without the proper use of life-saving equipment, prosecutors successfully argued.

Murray was not being treated in a hospital, but in a bedroom, without such monitoring devices such as an EKG machine or a pulse oximeter. Upon noticing Jackson’s breathing issues, the Dr went to work making personal phone calls and sorting out medical vials just about an hour before security had to call 911. Murray was discovered to be administering improper CPR on a soft bed, as opposed to a hard surface, which is medically inappropriate.

Personal Cause

The autopsy also dispelled rumors about his physical appearance that had been around for a while:

It was confirmed that he had a skin condition called vitiligo, which is characterized by the lack of pigmentation in the skin. He had a lot of problems with his dark skin and the abuse of his appearance. His years-old assertion about his skiing turning white is coming true as social media takes center stage. He had numerous cosmetic changes to his body, including tattoos and surgeries to create permanent make-up, including eyebrows, eyeliner, and dark hair lines on his body to match his wigs.

His autopsy showed him to be a healthy 50-year-old man. He had a strong heart, good weight, and good stature. However, he was facing chronically inflamed lungs and osteoarthritis, which may be due to excessive use of drugs and medications.

The Final Rehearsal and Hours Before Death

Jackson was playing in the Staples Center in L.A. on the evening of June 24. He was doing a comeback tour in his This Is It. He read through several successful songs, such as Thriller and Smooth Criminal, all about his glowing and energetic personality. It was about midnight when he did the last rehearsal with a superb performance of his new song, “Earth”. He was leaving the stage. His last words to his crew were reported as: God Bless You”.

All night long, he could not get to sleep. His own personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, said that he was repeatedly asked for medication to aid him in getting rest and sleep. Propofol, a powerful anesthetic, is referred to as “Milk” because of its creamy white coloring, which is likely why Michael Jackson used it for his milkshake. Dr. Murray says his last known words were: “More Milk”.

At approximately 10:40 AM, Dr. Murray gave him a 25mg dose of Propofol and other sedatives. He stated that he left the room for a few minutes, when he returned, Jackson was facing breathing difficulties. A security guard dialed 911, and the ambulance service arrived at approximately 1:14 PM, arriving at UCLA Medical Center. He was officially declared dead at 2:26 PM after an hour of rescue attempts carried out by a team of doctors.
